My kid didn’t get the memo

I guess my kid didn’t get the memo that after 3 days of no paci you’re supposed to sleep again. Going on two weeks of waking up 3 times a night. She’s very happy just can’t sleep all night anymore. We actually never had any terrible nights she just woke up, we rocked her like 10 mins and she slept a few more hours and we just repeated it. She isn’t terrible it’s just been going on for too long now. Any tips? We are down to only rocking 5 mins and crying for 15
