17 Weeks, can’t control peeing?

i’m only 17 weeks and lately I been letting little bits of pee out if i move wrong or if I coughs/sneeze 
is that normal I haven’t heard of that happening this early in pregnancy but it’s so annoying 😩😩

I’m 26 weeks and I pissed the whole bed a few days ago💀 I’m not sure how. But I’ve done it twice now, I also sneeze and pee sometimes and I’ve even peed a bit just from shouting my mum to come down. I don’t know when it should happen but it’s very normal and horrid lmao

I'm on my 3rd pregnancy and I still do that even when not pregnant...
It's horrible now. I'm constantly having to change cause I can't control my pee
