Crazy numbers!?

Was having your numbers going crazy a sign of pregnancy for anyone? I’m not currently trying but about 2 weeks ago we weren’t exactly careful. lately I’ve been trying super hard to get my sugars at the best possible numbers! But they seem to be going crazy instead. It takes a lot of insulin for it to go under 200 and then at night my blood sugar seems to drop. I’ve never experience this before. My husband thinks I’m pregnant, I plan on testing but just wondering if this was an indicator for anyone else?
