Can bladder spasms from Interstitial cystitis linger?

The spasms seems like they linger all day but come and go at the same time. It also feels like sensation towards your vaginal area. I been thinking its been soap irritation this week but the more I think about it. I am experiencing bladder spasms. My medical doctor says its common after childbirth which i had a csection but they didn't give me any medication. They said there wasn't any medication for bladder spasms! 🤷‍♀️ I just hate running to the doctor every week with health issues. I get alot of bacterial vaginosis every since my son was born om July 14th 2017. I had to changed my soaps, pads and laundry detergent to unscented. My obgyn doctor didn't seem it was a big deal that i was keeping bacterial vaginosis recurring back to back. He kept saying alot of women comes in the clinic with that bacterial vaginosis that all i need to is called the clinic for some antibiotics. I just recently been on antibiotics for bacterial vaginosis so i know its not that i am experiencing nor an yeast infection. I have diflucan for that too! Don't know why women has so much female problems when it comes to vaginal. I didn't have this until i had a baby!! 😢
