If you start to bleed more then it’s normally a sign that you’re doing too much and need to rest more. Have you been trying to be Wonder Woman?
The day I got home from the hospital I hoovered and ripped my stitches 🙄 learnt the hard way that I needed to sit down and let other people help

I’m 18 days PP and I will go a few days of spotting/basically nothing and then be more active and have a few hours of heavier bleeding

Yup. I thought i was done bleeding but nope. Today I started bleeding heavy again.
