Our amazing birth story! ❤

Finally getting around to sharing the calmest, most amazing birth I could've asked for.

Got my membranes stripped at 37+5 weeks. Had off and on contractions (how annoying) till my next appointment. Had another strip at 38+5, immediately started having pretty consistent contractions but I was sure they would go away just like they always have. (I was already walking around at 5cm dilated and 75% effaced for 2 WEEKS) So I go home after my appointment and take a nap waiting for Hubby to come home from work. He comes home and I tell him he needs to help get this baby out 😏

After wr did the deed the contractions were REAL. We head to the maternity ward, they check me and I'm 7 cm! They break my water for me, get an epidural and my mom, husband and mother in law wait patiently with my. After checking in at 5pm my beautiful baby girl arrived at 843pm! I only pushed 9 times and 0 stitches! Born 8lbs10oz and 20 in long!
