Preeclampsia ??

2nd pregnancy no history of preeclampsia I'm 15 weeks 3 days I've had very frequent headaches in this pregnancy I want to say some that won't go away with medicine I've been having spots in my vision that I've been ignoring until today which it really scared me I thought it was snowing and it wasn't not all the spots I've been seeing are the same I've read that fatigue is/ can be a sign or symptom? I'm extremely fatigue which I thought would let up in the second trimester. No high BP no swelling or protein in my urine. I see my doc in a few weeks I plan on bringing these things up unless you ladies think I should say something sooner? Thoughts ? TIA ♥️
