Bleeding and worried buts tests came back normal?

I woke up on Sunday morning (11w5d) to a small amount of blood on the toilet paper. An hour later, a very small clot came out. After three hours at the ER and blood test, urine test and US (HR 173) doctors said it’s really normal and around 30% of women bleed or spot in pregnancy.

After feeling so scared and worried for a few days I had just gotten back to being excited when last night I bled again. Not enough to even cover a liner, but every time I peed there would be some drops of blood in the toilet and on the toilet paper and now I just feel thrown back into fear.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Has anyone had this before and gone on to have a healthy baby? Has anyone had light intermittent spotting with little to no cramps (no real pain) and miscarried?
