Hcg up and down

I’m currently in the process of deducing whether I had a blip in my miscarriage with hcg rising or an ectopic. My doctors told me they can’t diagnose me as ectopic until my levels are over 1000, but I have a “pinching” feeling on the left that makes me feel so uncomfortable and nervous. I wouldn’t say it’s painful, but it’s there today and persistent.

My hcg levels have went up and down in this order:

The doctor doesn’t want me to come back for 6 days now instead of 2 since the levels dropped again.

I’ve seen people with ectopic pregnancies go down then up, but has anyone went down, up, then down again??
