What do you think

I am having my third baby, a boy! I already have 2 girls! Due to space the baby won’t really have a room. My bedroom is very small so there isn’t much space besides for a bassinet. I do have a larger living room area with what should be a dining room attached but we use it as a play room. This is just one big space, no walls. I am thinking of making a little area for the baby in this space. I know it isn’t really necessary but I don’t have much room in my room or my girls room for baby things. So I thought this space would be an option. Opinions?
