Postpartum has pains?

Ok I had my baby a week ago tomorrow and am struggling hard with trapped gas and it’s so painful. Taken gas x. Any advice??

This is going to sound silly, but alternate laying on your left side and then your right side (15-20 minutes each rotation). I did this for an hour or two any time mine would flare up. It’s the only thing that worked for me after my daughter was born.

Are you sure its trapped gas? Don't hold your flatulence. Also just know postpartum contractions can happen for up to (6weeks) vaginal and longer (12weeks) if csection.
