Workout equipment help
I am disabled I have a condition called CRPS that affects my back, legs, feet, and bladder. Most importantly we have a 6 month old son. I loved working out in the pool but after having a baby it isn't really an option with where I live (rural midwest) and my husband works long hours pools just are not open. So I was thinking of getting a recumbent bike and some weights to use at home and get back into shape after I put baby to bed. Any advice or helpful hints for an at home gym? I am about 290lbs and 32 years old I need the weight off or I know I'm going to be back into a wheelchair again and I got way to much living to do to give up. Open to suggestions!
