Early signs of pregnancy ?

My boobs are sore, they feel heavy. When I walk and they jiggle it’s hurts 😂 also noticed purple looking & blue veins on my nipple directly. I feel bloated today, been having cramps and backaches for 4-5 days. Headaches. There’s also this weird feeling in my stomach. I’m not really sure how to explain it but certain parts of my lower stomach feel like it’s pulsating. I’ve also had extremely vivid dreams the last few nights, I’m not sure if that’s connected?? Also getting up in the middle of the night to pee, I’ve done that the last 3 days on top of almost peeing on myself last night (during my dream but I woke up). I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative but I know it was too early to test. Opinions?
