Help please

My daughter turned 15 months yesterday but I have been noticing now that for a while she kinda smacks her head I don’t know if something is hurting her. She’ll also kinda pull on her hair is it normal or is it something I should consult her doctor? She also has been waking up crying every-night at around 1 and won’t go back to sleep til almost 4 this has never happened before and she won’t even take her bottle?
