Weight loss second trimester
Anyone going through this? I felt like crap the first trimester and I ate like crap because I gave into my cravings to try and help lift my depression because food is life 😂 .. I also was not active at all because I was so tired in the first trimester. However now that I'm almost 15 weeks, my energy is back, food aversions are gone, depression had blown away for the most part, I'm eating healthier and I'm just moving my body more in general so I am starting to lose a few pounds naturally. Anyone else?
