Signs Ph balance is off?

Question

I’ve had one coworker who has complained about an odor. My boss seems to think it’s my ph balance that’s off. No one else has complained and I’ve asked very very close friends and no one has complained except this coworker. What’s some signs a ph balance is off?
I am working on making an appointment with my doctor so please don’t start yelling to see a doctor.

This seems extremely strange. One why would a coworker feel the need to bring it up unless it was a dramatic issue in which it does not sound that way due to the fact that they are the only person noticing it. Also your boss should never said that if you were smelling differently it could be your pH balance. That is not their business. Go to the doctor if you feel abnormal or that you need to but if this is one worker saying that out of multiple then maybe you need to reflect on that worker

When your Ph gets too alkaline then you can develop a fishy odour which is called BV (bacterial vaginosis) easily cured with either antibiotics or some gel that you put inside at night time for about a week. It’s really common and it’s easy to get rid of. X x

We had a girl who was pregnant and smelled so bad. She smelled like she had a yeast infection or bv. We in management figured she'd take care of it but she had it for a month. We told my boss who had a talk with her and found out she was living in her car. Then we felt incredibly bad but it does create a bad work environment which gives the higher ups a good reason to talk to that person about it. Now as far as assuming its PH related...thats not cool. They should just provide the info and a recommendation to go to the doctors for health reasons.

Smelling bad is a huge sign that pH is off. If your coworker can smell it, then it’s a problem
