How do you track your cycle during FET prep?

- FET planned for 12/12

At the baseline US today, my doc said that I can expect to NOT have a period now that I’m off BC... or just tiny spotting maybe, because my lining is so thin. There isn’t much material there to be bled out, so I may not see any blood at all.

But if that is the case, when is my Cycle Day 1 if I don’t have a period?

If I don’t have a period, all sense of time and order in the universe evaporates. My uterus is screaming, WHEN ARE WE? WHO AM I? WHERE IS THE BLOOD?
