The connection between a couple

My wife and I been together for 5 years 2 of those legally married we have pretty much the perfect relationship, we have a connection that I'll say many many people want in a relationship.

Well I insiminated on October 29, ovulated on the 30th , my period was supposed to come on the 13th of November but still no show. I had really bad cramps the day before my period around 12dpo little spotting and it was gone. Only symptoms I have is back pains, headache lil cramps here and the and I feel like a baloom. No nausea or food craving. Incredible my wife been feeling nausea and cravings she can't sleep , and cramps

Our connection can be that strong ???
