Please help
I’m so lost right now. I am 5’1” and weigh about 160lbs😭 I have really let myself go. I’m back to weighing what I weighed when I was 9 months pregnant with my son. I don’t know where or how to start losing weight. I’m to the point where I’m always exhausted, and stressed out. I need to lose at least 30-40lbs. What’s the quickest way to lose all this extra weight. I’m ready to get my life back & be able to enjoy running around with my kids.
