Feeding schedule 6 month old

My 6 month old sleeps through the night from 6pm-7 am so I don’t nurse her for 13 hours and then when she wakes we nurse and do so every 2-3 hours but then that only leaves her eating max 5-6 times a day (5-10 mins max) which I don’t think is enough. Should I feed her hourly? She only weighs 14lbs which is 7 percentile. My doctor said to feed her more solids but she’s just getting into the textures and I was always told with my first to nurse first then food. Food is for fun mainly. I’m worried I need to start waking to feed her at night.

I don’t mind waking up to nurse her at all. I’ll do whatever is best for her. I don’t trust the doctor I saw that said that (wasn’t our regular doctor). So what’s your 6 months feeding schedule look like?
