Back pains?

Any of you other mamas having back pains? My Lowe back is absolutely killing me and has been for about 2 weeks. I'm 22+3. I'm not carrying big or anything. People tell me I look like I'm barely even showing. I haven't gained but 6-8 pounds the whole time.. idk what it is. FTM. So I have nothing to compare it to.

It is common. I’m 22 weeks and I’ve had horrible back pain since 17 weeks- to the point where it was difficult to walk bc of the shooting pain. I just heat it and stretching helps a ton! I’ve been to a chiropractor but unfortunately hasnt helped

Try setting a chiropractor a couple of times a week. It has really helped me. I'm 25 weeks.

I am currently trying to stretch before bed so I can sleep without pain 🤦🏻‍♀️ low back and hip pain is killing me
