Exercise advice please
Hey girls,
I had my second baby last May. She just turned 6 months and I am tired of making excuses on when I will lose this baby weight. I am 31. 5 ft tall and have at least 35 pounds left to lose from pregnancy. I wanted some advice from everyone on the best food and excercises to hit the stomach and upper arms. I still have baby tummy and upper arm fat. Any advice?
