Help😔

I’ve never had a boyfriend before and I’m 16. So there is this guy in my grade and me and him like a lot of the same things and we have been getting along well. I didn’t know until this week that he had a girlfriend. I’m just confused because he has been looking through my social medias and remembers little things about me. We both have similar mental health struggles and he told me that he feels like no one else understands. I really feel like it’s going somewhere but I don’t know I don’t want to mess anything up for his relationship. Should I stop talking to him so much?
