Mongolian spots
Hey,
My 4.5 month old girl is mix raced, I am white/British and her dad is black/British. She has had a blue bruise looking mark on her bottom since birth. Midwives told me that these are very common in darker skinned babies and eventually go away, they’re called Mongolian spots.
Hers seems to have stayed the same.
Has anyone else’s babies had them and how long did they take to go?
