Working/pumping mamas, how much and how often do you pump at work?

Question

I pump once in the early morning before leaving for work and 3 times at the office, yielding about 13-15 oz. I breastfeed while at home the rest of the time. I’m worried I’m not pumping enough, though. How much and how often do you ladies pump?

I pump at 8, 11, and 2 and then breastfeed LO at home around 4/430 depending on the last time she ate at daycare. I usually get around 4/5oz per session at work.

I pump after feeding baby at 6am and get maybe 3oz, then at 10am i get 4oz, 1pm 3oz and if i pump again at 5 another 3.5oz. I only make about 1oz/hr so about 24-25oz a day. I have more let downs when my baby nurses. I dont have a low supply either. Babies doubled birth weight at 5 months and she was sick and on TPN for 1 month of life so im doing pretty damn good. Dont let these moms who pump 15-20oz make you think you dont have enough. Babies gaining weight? Thats what matters.

I pump at 9a, 1p, and 5p during my 12 hour shift. I get 16-17 oz typically.

I pump in the morning before work. I’m usually able to get a bottle from that and then twice at work which combined is usually a bottle. 
So I pump at 640, 12, and 3 and then I’m home to feed him after 5. 
I found it I pump more I get less milk per session

I pump at 5:30 when I get up, then again at 7:15 on my way to work then twice during the day which varies based on meetings and then around 4/4:30 on my way home. Then i pump again around 7 and again around 10 when she goes to bed. I exclusively feed her from my right tho so the 5:530, 7, and 10 are only 1 side.

I pump right when I get to work at 7, then around 10 then the last time I can is 12:30 then I feed my little guy ASAP after picking him up around 3:30. He has been getting overfed at daycare so I had to lay down the law. Twice they were defrosting my emergency milk as I was walking in at 3:15 claiming he was still hungry. They wanted 5, 5 ounce bottles for less than 7 hours of care. That's WAY too much for a breastfed baby. This is my 3rd week back at work. I pump around 15-20 ounces for him the next day. It's exhausting 😣, I never thought it would be so time consuming.

Every 3 hours and I get right around 4oz which is what baby eats while I'm gone anyway. Took us a while to get a system that works though

I feed her between 4 and 5, then pump at work at 8, 11, and then home by 2 to maybe pump once more.  I can typically get 15-20 oz.
