Ive been taking z pack for an infection one of the side effects is abdominal pain and diarrhea .. im 19 weeks pregnant and in severe pain with tons of diarrhea ... is it normal that it hurts so bad?

I've had abdominal pain with diarrhea multiple times so far in this pregnancy. I'd say if it doesn't start to let up soon to call your ob. Make sure you drink a bunch of water to make up for what you're losing. I ended up in the ER for dehydration the next day after I had terrible diarrhea.
