Preeclamptic and steroid shots (ouch)

I’m 31 weeks with modi twins, gestational diabetes, and adding to the trifecta is preeclampsia. My doctor is very concerned about us and decided to give me a steroid shot to mature the boys lungs. I go back tomorrow for a second dose. Why does no one talk about how much that shot burns your butt? I get it’s a small price to pay to make sure I’m giving my boys the best shot possible but omg! Anyway looking for anyone else whose been in my position and can give me some hope. It’s been a very hard few weeks.
