Uncommon, but well known enough to where people know how to pronounce and spell the name!!

It’s currently my sons favorite name. All his stuffed animals and future pets, real or imaginary? Claudia. He’s crying? Ask if he wants to name something Claudia. 
Lol I voted common because I grew up with one or two claudias but the more I think about it, it does seem to be pretty rare!!
