Date night

My friend is wanting to have a date night with her husband. They've only had 1 real date in the last 5 years. They do date nights at the house, but would like to go out every now & then, too. The problem is her family doesn't live nearby, his family isn't helpful, & her 2 friends already watch her kids while they go to marriage counseling. She feels bad about asking her friends to watch her kids even more for a date night. Also, I live in another state. Anyways, has anyone else been in a similar situation or have any ideas outside of hiring a babysitter for date night?
