People say having flu symptoms is an early sign of pregnancy?

Question

2 days ago I had severe flu symptoms but they went after a few hours, I was however left with bad back pain which I was provided with 'Naproxen' as pain relief.  I'm currently 4DPO.
1.  Can flu symptoms really indicate pregnancy or is that an old wives tale?
2.  Is Naproxen safe in pregnancy?  I'm scared to take it in case I am and Google has conflicting info!

4dpo is too early for pregnancy symptoms, implantation happens around 7-10dpo.

From what I've heard only tylenol is allowed when you're pregnant. At 4dpo, you're not pregnant yet. But ask your dr.
Flu symptoms can be a sign but it doesnt mean you're pregnant. Also, nothing has implanted yet. So you probably just had a bad cold. Good luck

4dpo is too early, and also, its flu season. I wouldn't read too much into it.
