Bleeding at 4w6d

I have been having some cramping today and a little while ago when I went to use the rest room there was blood. It was red and it’s freaking me out so bad. The cramps are not constant, they come and go and are mostly in my lower back like it’s been since last week. There are no blood clots either but I am so worried. I also take Clexane so I don’t know if maybe that could be making the bleeding look worse than it actually is.

Please anyone who has any input please let me know. I am so freaked out. This is my first pregnancy and I got pregnant with IVF.
