This fell out 10 days postpartum

So I had a c section 10 days ago. No postpartum complications, normal bleeding, even got discharged a day early. But today I've been a little extra crampy. A little more blood flow than usual and bright red after it had been brown. Nothing too crazy until I went to change my pad and something was hanging from me 😷 It was so big I had to literally pull it out. 🤢 I'm a first time mom and I need someone to tell me this is normal. 😅 I've called my doctor and left a message with the nurses desk but haven't heard back yet.
