Confused
Yesterday morning I woke up to what I thought was AF. Bright red in the morning followed by some very uncomfortable cramps in my pelvic area in the afternoon but by the end of the day i had nothing.
Glow says I ovulated yesterday
Background: got off the implant last year Nov. had my first AF this year Oct. 20-25.
