Levels?

I am 12 dpo today and got a positive pregnancy test at 10 dpo. I called my dr right away since I have a history of MCs.

Yesterday (11 dpo) I went to get a blood test and the nurse called today and says it’s so early to tell. She said my HCG level was 11 & my progesterone level is 7.5. Am I pregnant? She said she was surprised I even got a positive pregnancy test. I’m returning in a week to get another blood test.

Also I took a digit test today and it read not pregnant.

Are these levels okay for 11 dpo?
