Help! Severe left SI joint pain!!

Kelsey • Wed, Nov 27 • 👧🏼👼🏼👼🏼👼🏼👼🏼 Had my little girl that came early on 2-24-20! Now TTC #2 but 4 early MC in 2021 l 0 BFP in 2022😩. We will see if 2023 will be THE year. At least I’ve got my girl 👧🏼

I’m currently 26 weeks pregnant and have been dealing with SI (Sacral iliac) pain and it’s been worse lately. Such bad stabbing pain where I almost loose my balance. Has anyone dealt with this before in pregnancy and is there a quick fix or a stretch I could do or something??? I’m scared to go to the chiropractor because it hurt so bad on its own.
