Pains 😣

Hello ladies ❤️

Im currently pregnant with my second child (after what seems a storm of mishaps) I’m 12w4d today but I’ve been having small pains (cramp like) in my uterus 😖 should I be worried ? I have an ultrasound next Tuesday but I’m traumatized from my last miscarriage (which I was suppose to be going onto 12 weeks but my babies heart beat stopped at 8 weeks because they didn’t see me on time 🤦‍♀️) I was seen around 10w5d & had a mini ultrasound & they said that the baby measures well 🥰 so idk I must be over doing it. (Sorry for the rant) 😅
