Possible teething?

My little one has been wanted to chew on everything that past couple of days. This morning I noticed these white lines on her gums. Could it be the start of some teeth, even though it looks low?

No. You can actually see the outlines/ shape of the teeth in the gums in your photo, the lines are way way below the tops of the teeth. When teething you'll see the lines along the top of the gum, where they'll break through.
