Natural ways to start labor?!

What are you guys doing to start up labor on your own?! 7 day countdown has begun and I’m 2 cm 20%! Dr said she will strip membranes next Tuesday if nothing happens by then... super freaked out by that and also super freaked out about possibly needing induced 😩

I am scheduled for an induction on Monday for medical reasons....hoping he comes before then though 🤞
I am doing Epsom salt baths, pineapple, spicy food, mango, red raspberry leaf tea, sex, and most recommended by my doctor walking, lunges, and deep squatting. Also hip circles and bouncing on my birth ball. Also been doing some yoga to try and get him in the right position because he keeps flipping Sunny side up, so cat cows, and downward dog. 
My doctor said all of this is fine just don't do castor oil or evening primrose oil. Castor oil can lead to fetal distress and evening primrose oil can lead to bleeding complications if an emergency c section is needed. 
This little guy tried to come at 32 weeks we managed to stop it with medication and I was on bedrest till 38 weeks, now apparently he has decided he doesn't want to go through that again and is content to stay in mommy 😂
But I am trying everything to encourage him to come before I have to get induced....I guess what will be will be. 
My doctor said try to stay relaxed because if you are stressed it is less likely you will release the horomones needed to go into labor...easier said then done though >_< though overall I have been making my home into a low-key spa with candles and trying to pamper myself as much as I can with a busy 2 year old haha.

honestly i have been trying natural ways to start labor at home for the past 3 weeks and nothing has worked. baby wont come until he/she is ready!

Update: my mucus plug came out this morning so maybe things are progressing? Fingers crossed! 🤞🏼 Happy Thanksgiving! lol
