About to lose my mind!

AF shows up every month for me without issues.

I have not used any kind of contraceptives for about three years.

For the last few months I have had mid cycle spotting and bleeding which lasts for a few days.. usually just after ovulation.

This month it happened again but the bleeding was heavier but still light and bright red (didn’t seem like AF) and lasted for 4 days.

Now a few weeks later I am waiting for AF but she’s not showing up.

This is the longest cycle I’ve ever had. Today will be CD35

I feel completely out of tune with my body and a bit freaked out. To make matters worse my OBGYN asked me to call at the start of my period as they are going to run some blood tests.

I don’t know if the mid cycle bleeding was my period or it’s not going to show up this month. What should I do?
