So, I’ve recently lost about 75 lbs and have about 60 to go. But today, I found out I’m pregnant. Did any of you ladies successfully continue to lose weight (in a healthy manner) during your pregnancy?
So far my weight loss has been through healthy eating and minor exercise. I’ll run my eating plans past my doctor and continue to swim and walk. But, I’m really fearful of gaining all the weight back. So so scared.
Any advice would be great.
