Last had sex 2 months ago but my period is about 3 weeks late now.took a test and it was negative but Is there still a chance I could be pregnant??

You can get false negatives. But its normal for periods to be late from time to time, I'd say leave it another couple weeks if still no period then go to a doctor and explain you got a negative test with no sign of your period coming. 
Have you bled at all? Women usually get some light bleeding during implantation which usually is the sign that they know they could be pregant

Have you had a normal period since having sex? If yes, the chances are slim to none.
