Fever

My daughter got the flu shot yesterday and I’ve been checking on her frequently all night to check for fever. I checked on her at 4:30am and she was feverish. She was super hot so I undressed her out of her fleece jammies/put a rag on the back of her neck to try seeing if she just needed to cool down. The temperature in the room is on the warmer side. She wasn’t cooled down by 5 so I checked her temperature and she was running a fever. She was crying in pain from the shots yesterday so I gave her some Tylenol. I also have Motrin. Do I give Tylenol and then 3 hours later give Motrin if she needs it? Sorry FTM here!
