Help! Vulvar pain on period
I’m used to cramps and vulvar pain but not this bad. I took some ibuprofen, and it eased the cramps, but not the vulvar pain. The only thing that seems to help is a heating pad, and I can’t sit around with a heating pad between my legs on Thanksgiving 😩
