High Blood Pressure

Ladies who have been medicated for high BP. At what point did they decide meds were necessary? I think I have a bit of anxiety when I go to the dr and it’s always high there like 135/95ish but I have a machine at home and it’s around 110/85. I’m not really sure which is correct! I had high blood pressure with my first but was only ever put on aspirin which im also taking this time, but just wondering at what point they would consider medication? TIA ❤️
