Got my period two days before thanksgiving almost 22 days late, it’s normal for me to be late so I thought nothing of it but now I’m stuck with heavy bleeding and TERRIBLE cramps, got any tips on how to help with the cramping? I don’t want to be so miserable around my family for however long they’re home...
