doctors won’t help me

I got faint lines last cycle and then I started bleeding and was told must of been a chemical the bleeding was like a period but not like my normal period so doctor told me to test after bleeding I did and another faint line thought HCG was still there a little but then it got darker so I waited to test again this morning and it’s negative but I’m sure something wasn’t wait so held in pee and done another and another faint line.. my doctor don’t care😞 is there a change I could still be pregnant even tho I had a bleed? They have colour so I don’t think it’s a indent
