Anyone still dealing with a gassy baby?

My son has had a ton of tummy problems which led to reflux meds and me cutting out dairy. He is also on one bottle of nutramigen formula per day. He’s been pretty good that way but in the last week he has had a complete regression to his stomach issues. His belly is hard and tight, he’s screaming and it seems like the silent reflux is acting up. I’m just at a loss for what to do to help him. I can’t cut any more foods out... I’m already struggling with dairy. My work schedule is crazy and I often have to grab food on the go and almost everything has dairy.
