Movements

I am currently 19 weeks and 5 days. Have seen one of my OB last Tuesday and everything looked great. Baby was moving all throughout the ultrasound. However, why do I not feel the baby myself? I mean he had probably moved around a lot but I just didn't know that was it. Can someone describe the feeling? Is it possible that maybe around 20+ weeks will be my luck? This is my first btw. Thanks guys!
