What to expect

I’m currently 4 weeks 4 days pregnant, other than sore breasts , should I be experiencing anything else this early on? I have blood work next week & im pretty nervous

I’m 4 weeks 5 days! Found out yesterday. Had no symptoms other than I felt tired and slightly sore breast and my lower back hurting a bit but that didn’t start til a few days ago. My period was due Monday so I tested 3/4 days after it was due 😅 still in shock

4 weeks + 3 days and I have swollen sore boobs, headaches, bloating, some nausea, and shortness of breath.

I didn’t have no symptoms other than be being tired but I thought it was from being at work. Also missed period but my periods was so irregular I was expecting it to come any time. Did a test yesterday and 100% positive. I’m 5 weeks.

And I get nauseous for an hour or so every day, around 1pm, but I’m just easily nauseated in general so my body’s probably just more sensitive and ahead of schedule.

I have zero symptoms other than no period. I think I'm almost 4 weeks but I don't know. I conceived on the 16th but the first day of my last period was the 24th and that would make me almost 6 weeks.

I’m 4 weeks 5 days today (I think, that’s my best guess as I had a chemical pregnancy last month) 
I have sore boobs for sure, very tired, and had light spotting earlier this week that lasted for a few days. (A scary “symptom” that is NOT WELCOME!” Ugh haha.)

I’m (unconfirmed) 4wks also, I’ve had heartburn and bloating, some mild cramps and definitely sore boobs. I’m going to take another at home test tomorrow then call the doctor Monday, if I have another positive at home test
