4 weeks after d and c and postive test

I had my d and c on the 2nd of November and today i decided to test and well it came back positive. Im super confused bc surly i would have thought it would have been negative. Can you guys tell me when you ended up testing negative after your d and c or should i be concerning this a new pregnancy? Also when i went in for my two week check up it my levels were 23 for hcg. Am i crazy? Heres the test as well
